Refund Policy

Tina & Associates Notary Firm offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a booking, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How refunds are processed

Payments on our site are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are therefore also processed by Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order.
  2. Choose the transaction you would like refunded and follow the prompts.
  3. Alternatively, email support@tina-notary.com with your order details and we will assist you.

Late or missed appointments

Appointments run 15 minutes. If you arrive more than five minutes late your appointment may be canceled and will need to be rescheduled. You can still request a refund of the booking fee within the 30-day window using the process above.

Courier requests

For courier bookings, the base fee is charged at the time of booking and mileage is invoiced after delivery. Refund requests for courier orders follow the same 30-day process through Paddle.
